Maison MIHARA YASUHIRO and Universal Music's fashion imprint U/MUSIC are no strangers to collaboration, but this latest project carries extra cultural weight: a T-shirt built around Billie Eilish, one of the most consequential artists of her generation, and the imagery from her 'HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR.'
The graphic treatment is characteristic MIHARA — front and back prints carrying the tour's visual language, while the garment itself has been subjected to the label's signature fading and distressing processes. The result is a piece that feels lived-in rather than commemorative, closer to a personal artefact than a piece of event merchandise.
Available in black and white, the collaboration tee drops June 6 at select Maison MIHARA YASUHIRO stores and online. Priced at ¥27,500.
