LAD MUSICIAN has returned with the third installment of its collaboration with Doraemon, the iconic manga character created by Fujiko F. Fujio. First revived in 2025 after a 23-year hiatus, the series made an immediate splash — and this new chapter, landing on June 13, builds on that momentum through a music-themed lens.
For this installment, LAD MUSICIAN's creative team combed through Fujiko F. Fujio's original manga panels, selecting frames that resonated with themes of DJs and live bands. The artist's soft, precise linework — known for capturing natural movement and expression — lent itself well to the translation into wearable graphics. The team worked through multiple iterations to honor that delicacy.
Rather than simply licensing the character, the collaboration leans into typographic craft: album artwork-inspired lettering has been developed to leave a strong first impression, serving as a kind of signature identity for the entire collection. The result sits somewhere between fandom and authorship.
The drop spans 10 graphic T-shirts alongside 5 keyrings, a record bag, and a cap. Some items will be exclusive to THE DORAEMON STORE at Shibuya PARCO. The full collection is available at LAD MUSICIAN's flagship stores, its online store, and at the Parco pop-up from June 13.
