BIAS DOGS, the Tokyo-based label founded by Keita Tanaka — a well-known dog lover — has teamed up with select retailer ESTNATION for an exclusive T-shirt collection dropping on June 12. The collaboration grew from a simple premise: the dog as motif. But in Tanaka's hands, that idea becomes something more considered.
The collection turns a spotlight on the nuanced relationship between humans and dogs — creatures that are at once our most intimate companions and, in many ways, the product of centuries of human influence through domestication, training, and selective breeding. Rather than sentimentalizing this bond, the collection holds it at arm's length and examines it with curiosity.
The resulting graphic T-shirts render that tension in wearable form: the familiarity of a beloved animal refracted through a stranger, more layered lens. Available in white and black, and offered in M, L, and XL, the pieces feel deliberate without being heavy-handed.
The collection is available in-store and online at ESTNATION from June 12. Each piece is priced at ¥15,950 (tax included).
